Emadeldin’s career began in 1985 as a system engineer for many communications projects in Egyptian Armed Forces. He gained information security experience in a variety of technologies, including research, education, practice and Internet. His previous work at the Egyptian Armed Forces involved field engineering and deployment of many communication sites related to many technologies (Fiber, CDMA, Microwave,….etc), finally he was inspecting many military communication equipment according to MIL-STD-810, Environmental Engineering Considerations and Laboratory Tests till he left the army as retired General. He is now a Cyber Risk Resilience & Business Continuity Exec. Director in NTRA (National Telecommunication Regulator Authority), where his primary tasks include interagency cooperation, cyber risk assessment, resilience, field experimentation, research on technologies and policies related to disaster response and recovery, and public-private cooperation. He is a graduate of the Military Technical Collage with a Ph.D. degree in Design for Testability of VLSI circuits. In addition to that he has published several monographs and papers in Fault Simulation, Boundary scan and Built in Self-Test in FPGA design as well as being cited in numerous publications. He has experience teaching at the graduate level and as a public speaker.
